Effective with the 2024-2025 dues- Transmittals cannot be larger than 50-55 senior members. We can only process 55 senior dues for 2024-2025 dues year at a time. This is due to the increase in dues starting in 2024. The Department cannot exceed $1,000 in a single transaction. If there are 55 seniors it’s a total of $990.00 (55 x $18).

You can send in more than one transmittal at a time. Remember ONE check per transmittal. Do not put multiple transmittals on one check.

If you need to update your dues amount or the address/remit to person (where your members renewal notices are mailed) please update this form and return to the Dept. Office ASAP. No changes will be accepted by phone.  If you need to change the dues amounts after May 1^st, National HQ charges a $30 fee to update your new rates. 

If there are any updates to the remit to address/name above, you can resubmit this form no later than:
➢ July 20, 2025 for the September renewals.
➢ December 19, 2025 for the February renewals.
➢ Mail or email only--no changes will be made over the phone.
