The 2009 Mid Winter Conference will be held on January 23rd and 24th, 2009 at the Albany Marriott at 189 Wolf Road, Albany. 

This may be the most important conference of the year so mark your calendars now!  Our National President has been invited to attend and be our keynote speaker at the luncheon.

We are planning on having hands on training on membership, our Department website, leadership, reporting on all committees and other exciting programs

Who should attend?  If you are a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, this conference will be important for you!  This will give you an opportunity to learn and have fun with your peers!  We'll fill you in with all the details and the agenda as soon as we can!

Mid Winter Conference

January 23rd & 24th 2009

Mark your calendars and start making plans to attend the Mid Winter Conference 2009.  This year’s conference will concentrate on ‘hands on’ training in many different areas.

The cost of this two day conference will be $30.00 and this includes all scheduled activities for the two days, audio visual equipment rental fees, meeting room charges, conference program and the luncheon.

The Conference will be held at the Albany Marriott, 189 Wolf Road, Albany, New York 12205.  Rooms will be $114.00 per night (Single, Double, Triple or Quad Occupancy).  Please call the hotel directly at 518-458-8444 to make your reservations.  As always, you will need to present tax exempt form ST-119.5 with an original signature at time of check in as well as a copy of your tax exempt number.

We are very pleased that our National President, Desi Stoy from Bellville, Ohio will be a guest at our conference!  We will be holding a reception with President Stoy so you can meet her personally and she will be our keynote speaker at the Luncheon.
